WHAT WE OFFER
Champagne Hill offers a 'Boutique Full Care Agistment Service' for a very small number of equine friends. This enables us to provide a unique specialised program for each horse which is focused on the very best care for your beloved equine.

Champagne Hill resides in Budgong in the stunning Shoalhaven region on the South Coast, New South Wales. We are 15 minutes west of North Nowra and 10 minutes East of Kangaroo Valley. Our gorgeous 70 acre property is adjacent to Budgong National Park; providing unlimited trails to Winery's, Lookouts and the Shoalhaven River.
With over 30 years of horse ownership combined and as property owners we are onsite almost 24/7 providing full time security, monitoring and regular well-being checks of your horse.

Our team is experienced, dedicated and most importantly we put the welfare and happiness of your best friend above all else. We thoroughly LOVE what we do and love nothing more than caring for and spending time with our animals.

OUR SERVICES
Full Board
Champagne Hill offers full board agistment only. We have the pleasure of caring for and looking after your horse whilst you enjoy the luxury of quality time and focus on your horse.
Time & Trust
We spend time on building and maintaining your horses trust. As Champagne Hill only offers boutique agistment we are able to give quality time and focus on your best friend.
Full Time Monitoring
Here at Champagne Hill we have three full time staff who live and are almost always on the property. This gives you piece of mind that your equine friend is regularly monitored throughout the day, each day, every day.
Complimentary* Worming

As we are committed to parasite control, we will worm your horse to align with the property schedule to ensure all animals are treated at the same time to further enhance parasite management.

Social Media Updates
We will post regular updates of your equine friend so you can see what they get up to throughout the day and tucked into bed at night. This keeps you connected and up to date with your horses daily life.
Appointments
At Champagne Hill we would like to see you spend quality time with your equine so we will collect and stand with your horse for all your scheduled appointments on your behalf; free of charge.
Pasture / Manure Management
We are passionate about Pasture & Manure Management. We aim to rest and rotate pasture to the best of our ability to ensure well fertilised and improved pasture. We take pride in the appearance of our property and health and hygiene of your horse so special care is taken to maintain manure levels with regular harrowing and slashing.

Round Yard
25m diameter round yard with soft rubber walls and shade.
Sand Arena

50 x 20 metre Sand Arena. As a boutique agistment centre you will never have to wait to use the Arena.

SEE & DO
Winery Trail Ride
Champagne Hill is a lazy country mile from Lyrebird Organic Winery. Take the trail at the back of the property to the winery whilst taking in the stunning views and of course enjoy a tipple of local wines.
National Park Trail Rides
As Champagne Hill is directly across the road from Budgong National Park you're literally a stones throw away from breath taking scenery including Coolendel Lookout, Illaroo Farm, Kangaroo Valley and the Shoalhaven River. Used by elite endurance stables, the trails are perfect for endurance enthusiasts.
Training Trails
As the upper region of Champagne Hill is situated on a large hill, there is great terrain for building and maintaining top line and forming fit and healthy horses.
